The Phoenix Challenge Foundation announces the Howard B. Vreeland Sr. Virtual Campus - an innovative online learning platform designed to introduce, educate and provide Phoenix Flexo Competency Certification to high school and career center students to the fundamentals of flexographic printing.
This educational resource was made possible through the generous support of Howard B. Vreeland Jr., current board chairman of Andersen & Vreeland Inc., and son of Howard Sr. This exclusive virtual campus and certification program represents another significant step forward in the Foundation’s mission of

Produced and hosted by the Phoenix Challenge Foundation, the Howard B. Vreeland Sr. Virtual Campus is a state-of-the-art learning management system (LMS) developed specifically for students exploring careers in graphic communications, manufacturing, packaging, and print production. The platform provides structured, self-paced coursework that delivers industry-relevant knowledge and prepares students for future opportunities in the flexographic printing industry.

Flexography is one of the most widely used commercial printing processes in the world, producing everything from food packaging and labels to medical products, newspapers, and corrugated boxes. As demand for printed packaging and labeling continues to grow, skilled flexographic professionals remain highly sought after throughout North America.
