2027 Phoenix Challenge High School Skills Competition
The High School Skills Competition is an annual event held at Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC) in Charlotte, North Carolina. Organized by the Phoenix Challenge Foundation, it is designed to train and recruit the future workforce for the flexographic printing and packaging industries

The event brings together high school and career-technical students from across the United States to showcase their technical expertise and network with industry professionals.
Participants are rigorously tested in five core areas of flexographic production:
Operating a Flexo Press
Prepress
Platemaking
Written Knowledge (FTA Level One Certification and PCF LMS)
Flexographic Mathematics
Awards and Scholarships:
The top-performing teams are awarded medals, valuable scholarships and plaques for their schools. The winning team also takes home the coveted "Harper Cup" to display at their school for a year!
